Get to know me
My name is Chris, and I have spent the better part of my professional life helping organisations in financial technology navigate complexity — turning tangled programmes, competing priorities, and hard deadlines into something that actually moves forward. As a senior project manager with deep roots in fintech, Banking, Asset Finance & Leasing (SME), Lending and Payments, I have learned that the difference between a team that delivers and one that doesn't rarely comes down to talent. It almost always comes down to clarity. Knowing what matters, what is next, and what can wait.
That conviction is what led me to build EureKan. The name is no accident. Eureka — the ancient Greek word meaning "I have found it" — is the cry of the moment when something clicks. When the fog lifts and the path forward becomes obvious. Kanban, borrowed from the Japanese lean tradition, is the discipline that keeps that clarity alive day after day — a visual flow of work that makes progress visible, blockages honest, and priorities undeniable. Put them together and you get something I believe is genuinely missing from most people's lives: a simple, beautiful system that tells you the truth about where your time and energy are actually going.
I built EureKan for myself first — to manage our villa properties on the Greek island of Aegina, to track maintenance jobs, guest arrivals, supplier follow-ups, and the hundred small things that quietly derail the best-laid plans. But as the tool grew, I realised it was solving something far more universal. Whether you are running a small business, a home renovation, a freelance career, or simply trying to keep the important things from falling through the cracks — the problem is always the same. Too much to hold in your head, too little structure to hold it with. EureKan is my answer to that problem, and I am sharing it freely because I believe that organised lives are happier lives. When the noise is managed, what remains is time — for the people you love, the pursuits that light you up, and the moments that make it all worthwhile.

Our mission
We're on a mission to change the way BAU is perceived. Rather than sharing consulting or best practices on different fields I decided to use common sense and intuition by applying simple and everyday practices to free time for more fun. My goal is to help everyone I can from my perspective to organise his or her life a bit better than usual paying nothing and definitely learn something through the hands on practice of simple project management steps. As already said, perception is reality and my perception for life is what you make the most from life and for the ones you love the most.
Our vision
We want to live in a world where people can find time to have fun, enjoy life and find the serenity and wisdom to make choices that match their needs rather than having to find a compromise and settle on the second-best option. That's why I offer what I know best for nothing as I believe that may give hope and practical help to bring value to all our personal and or business activities and release time for fun and personal satisfaction.
